Refund policy

When you shop with me, I hope that it will be love at first sight when your package arrives. That said – on the off chance that it's not, I've got you covered!

Overview

Our return policy lasts 7 days after receiving the item. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, your item will not be eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
– Gift cards
– Mystery Bag items
– Custom items 
– Imperfect items
– any item that is otherwise marked as non-returnable through the item's listing.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds on returned items will be issued once your item is received and inspected. Once your return is accepted, you will first receive an email notifying you of the acceptance; you will then receive a second email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds automatically go back to the original method of payment and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

From start to finish, the full refund process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, and your patience is greatly appreciated during that time.


Exchanges (if applicable) 

Unless otherwise stated within the item's listing page, all items are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable) via email. An exchange order will be created and shipped once the return shipment is received.

From start to finish, the exchange process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this time!
